These terms are effective from the date above. Any updates will be posted here. By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the revised terms.

Welcome to Today’s Fashion House. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. They are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the highest standard of service.

1. Our Services and Products

Today’s Fashion House specialises in luxury female African couture, founded in Nigeria in 2005. Our collections bring together traditional African elegance and classic English refinement.

We proudly accept custom fabrics provided by clients and will transform them into unique designs of your choice.

We also offer personal style consultations with our designers. Each consultation costs £50 (N105,000) for in-person or online sessions. Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

2. Ordering Process and Payment

For all orders full payment is required in advance. This secures your order and allows our team to begin production.

Home measurement services are available and charged at 1% of the total cost of your order.

We accept multiple forms of payment but we do not store full card details.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Ready-to-Wear: Dispatched within 3 calendar days from payment confirmation.
• Custom-Made: Completed and delivered within 14 business days from payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. However because of the nature of couture fashion our policies differ for Ready-to-Wear and Custom-Made items.

4.1 Ready-to-Wear Purchases in the United Kingdom

•  If your item is faulty or you require an adjustment you must email us at returns@todaysfashionhouse.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
• Your email must include your order number, a clear image of the faulty area or reason for return, and a short explanation.
• If you fail to notify us within 48 hours, the right to return or refund will be lost.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Once inspected and approved we will issue a refund within 14 days of inspection. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
• All returns for UK purchases must be sent only to our UK returns address which will be provided once we authorise your return. Items sent directly to Lagos without written agreement will not be accepted.

4.2 Ready-to-Wear Purchases in Lagos (Nigeria)

•  If your item is faulty or unsuitable, you must return it to our Lagos office within 48 hours of receipt.
• Only ready-to-wear purchases are eligible for a refund.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval.

4.3 Custom-Made and Bespoke Orders

• Refunds are not available for custom-made couture pieces due to their personalised nature.
• We offer adjustments and alterations only, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there is an issue.
• If a garment does not meet the agreed specification we will work with you to make necessary corrections.
• Custom-made returns must be sent back to the location of purchase (UK or Lagos) only after we authorise the process.

5. Inspection and Refund Process

All returned items are inspected within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds are only approved if the garment meets the following conditions:

•  It is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.
• It has not been altered or damaged by the client.
• It is returned with tags and original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, photographs, logos, branding, and website content remain the exclusive property of Today’s Fashion House. By purchasing from us you agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any of our designs or creative materials without written permission.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, supply shortages, courier disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases we will take reasonable steps to minimise delays and keep you informed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase will be limited strictly to the value of the garment purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits, business, or opportunity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. However, customers in the United Kingdom also benefit from their mandatory consumer protections under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
