How long will my order take to be delivered?
We are committed to both quality and efficiency. Delivery times depend on the type of order:
- Ready-to-Wear Clothes: Dispatched within 3 calendar days from payment confirmation.
- Custom-Made Clothes: The complete process, including measurements, payment confirmation, and tailoring, is completed within 14 business days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What is the cost of a design consultation?
We offer personalised design consultations to bring your vision to life. Each session costs £50 (N105,000) for in-person or online meetings. Consultation fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Do you accept customer-provided fabrics?
Yes. We gladly work with fabrics you provide. Our designers are skilled in creating bespoke designs from your chosen materials, ensuring a unique, personalised garment.
Is there a charge for home service?
Yes. For your convenience, we offer a home measurement service charged at 1% of the total cost of your order. This ensures a perfect fit without leaving your home.
Do you offer services for both men and women?
Our core focus is on female African couture, but we also design select pieces for men and couples. Each creation reflects the same attention to detail, luxury, and craftsmanship.
What inspires your designs?
Our inspiration comes from global fashion trends, runway events, and the rich traditions of African and international cultures. This allows us to create designs that are innovative, elegant, and timeless.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke couture:
- Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, except if they are faulty or materially not as agreed.
- Any adjustments are handled after delivery, following our authorised process
How can I stay updated on new collections?
Stay connected through our social media channels or subscribe to our newsletter. We regularly share updates on new designs, upcoming events, and exclusive offers.
What is the process for returning a Ready-to-Wear item?
- UK Customers: Email returns@todaysfashionhouse.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number and a clear image showing the reason for return. Return must be authorised before shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached. Refunds are issued after inspection.
- Lagos Customers: Returns must be sent to our Lagos office within 48 hours of receipt. Only Ready-to-Wear items are eligible for refunds.
